Kick Ass is a free game made by Rootof Creations in Sweden. By playing it, or by making an account, you agree to the following.

Nothing actually gets destroyed

Kick Ass draws a spaceship on a website and lets you shoot it to pieces. All of that happens in your own browser, on your own screen. The website itself is not touched, not changed and not harmed in any way, and nobody else sees your carnage unless you show them.

Play nice

Don't use Kick Ass to harass anyone. Don't upload ships, names or messages that are hateful, illegal, or someone else's work. Don't try to break the game, cheat the highscores, or hammer our servers.

Your account and your stuff

You are responsible for what happens under your account. Keep your password to yourself.

The ships you build and the names you pick stay yours, but by posting them you let us show them in the game and the gallery. We can remove anything, or close an account, if it breaks the rules above.

You can delete your account and everything attached to it whenever you like, from your account settings. See the privacy policy for what we store and how to get rid of it.

No promises

Kick Ass is free and comes as it is. We cannot promise it works, that it keeps working, or that your highscores survive forever. We may change the game or shut it down. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any damage that comes out of using it. If you paid us for something and we broke it, the most we owe you back is what you paid.

Finally

Swedish law applies. If we change these terms, the new version shows up on this page.
