One day Tim was taking a stroll down by the radioactive lake, when he slipped on a mutated fish carcass. Tumbling down the bank, he splashed into the toxic water. Now he is employed by the government fighting crime by destroying evil and boring web pages using his shiny new laser heat ray eyes.
